About Us

The Reinberger Children’s Book Review is an independent, student-created platform dedicated to reviewing and exploring literature for children and young adults. Designed as a hands-on learning lab, the site supports undergraduate and graduate students in developing professional skills in writing, editing, reviewing, and digital publishing.

This platform promotes student voice, creativity, and critical engagement with youth literature in a collaborative, real-world environment. Students contribute original reviews, blog posts, and curated content that reflect their individual perspectives and academic or professional interests. Many contributors use their published work to enhance personal portfolios, strengthen job applications, or pursue graduate study.

Participation is open to students from a range of academic backgrounds who volunteer, intern, or work in youth literature spaces. The site also encourages peer mentorship and cross-level collaboration, helping students grow as writers, editors, and thinkers.

All content published on this site is the intellectual property of the student authors.
