The CROWN Act of 2020

This week we continue to celebrate Black History Month by spotlighting a few books that support the CROWN Act of 2020 (Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair). The CROWN Act prohibits discrimination based on an individual’s hair texture or hairstyle if that style or texture is commonly associated with a particular race or national origin.
